Residencial Sete Cidades

Are the biggest religious festivals of the Azores.

Is held every year on the St. Miguel Island, on the 5th Sunday of Easter, and lasts for five days, where the statue of the Holy Christ is venerated, which dates back over 400 years at the Convent of Hope in Ponta Delgada. In addition to the religious aspects of the festival, there are also cultural and sporting events. It will take place between 6 and 11 May 2010.
